The team

About the role

As an Account Executive, you will seek new business by contacting prospects, discovering their pain, tailoring our solution to their needs, and signing new customers. You will act as a first point of contact for our company. You will be helping prospects discover our cutting edge solution of AI-based data anonymization and demonstrating how it solves their pain, increases utility of the data for AI use cases and unlocking value from their in-house data.

You are going to focus on the German market.

What You’ll Do 

As an Account Executive (AE) at Nymiz, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and closing enterprise deals in the data anonymization space. You will collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and product teams to refine our sales strategy and establish a repeatable, scalable sales motion.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle – Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for enterprise clients.
  • Qualify and Develop Leads – Work closely with SDRs to assess inbound and outbound leads, identifying high-value opportunities.
  • Run Consultative Sales Calls & Demos – Understand customer pain points, tailor solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  • Manage and Expand Enterprise Accounts – Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, expanding business within existing accounts.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals – Drive negotiations and contract discussions, working with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with marketing to refine messaging, with product to relay customer feedback, and with Customer Success to handover and optimize customer onboarding.
  • Meet and Exceed Quotas – Consistently hit or surpass revenue targets through a mix of new business acquisition and upselling.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends – Maintain expertise in data privacy, compliance, and anonymization to position Nymiz as a thought leader.

 What We’re Looking For

  • We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive (AE) who thrives in a fast-paced, startup enterprise B2B sales environment. You should be driven, strategic, and comfortable navigating complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals ($+350,000 € ACV) and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to enterprise buyers (C-level, legal, IT, compliance, or security teams is a plus).
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles (6+ months) and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Strong consultative selling skills – ability to uncover pain points and position solutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills – confident in running demos, handling objections, and driving urgency.
  • CRM proficiency – experience with either HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools to manage pipeline and forecasting.
  • Industry knowledge in data privacy, compliance, cybersecurity, or AI is a plus but not required.
  • Self-starter with a remote-first mindset – comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Fluent in English (mother tongue) and Spanish
